Welcome to our oceanfront unit 709 in the Palmetto Tower at the Dunes Village Resort in Myrtle Beach,
South Carolina.

This is a luxury 7th floor unit with a large extended balcony.
This unit is an oceanfront one-bedroom condo with two queen-size beds, a fully equipped
open plan kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi
tub/shower. The living room has a full-size Murphy bed and queen-size sleeper sofa. The
unit also includes high-speed wired and wireless internet access, televisions in the living room and
the bedroom, and a full size washer & dryer. The rental includes bed linens and
towels.

Our condo is one of the ten Oceanfront Deluxe Queen Suite units.
We hope that you noticed that our luxury unit has some special features not common in one bedroom units:

The bedroom is a true private bedroom. It is not the walkthrough bedroom that most other resorts have.
|
|
|
The balcony is an extended private balcony. It is over 300 sq. ft. compared to the normal balconies that are typically 60 sq. ft.

|
The living area has an open plan kitchen with granite countertops.

When you are looking at one bedroom units at the Dunes Village Resort,
keep in mind that Dunes Village has four types of one bedroom units:

Oceanfront Queen Suite - this is a true oceanfront unit with a regular
sized balcony. There are only 5 corner units with 885 sq. ft. of indoor space
and 70 units with 705 sq. ft. of indoor space.

|
Oceanfront Deluxe Queen Suite - this is the same as the Oceanfront Queen Suite
but with the extended private balcony.
There are only 10 of these one bedroom units in the entire resort.

|
Angle Oceanfront King Suite - the Angle Oceanfront units are what most other resorts
will call ocean view units.
|
|
|
Angle Oceanfront Queen Suite - this is the same as the Angled Oceanfront King Suite
but with two Queen sized beds in the bedroom instead of a king sized bed.
